Steve Doyle, Chief Commercial Officer at London-based international ad tech company InSkin Media, is appointed to the Board of the IAA UK
London, 18 February 2016 – The International Advertising Association is the world’s only globally-focused advertising trade association, working effectively across the globe to promote and explain the role and power of advertising to brands, agencies and media owners.
Steve Doyle has led InSkin Media’s revenue growth over the past 6 years, firstly in the UK, then in Germany and Hong Kong. More recently, he has driven InSkin Media’s pan-European and global commercial activities, with a London-based International Agency Sales team, and in 2015 launched local offices in Australia and Singapore. Steve is well known and respected in the media world, and chairs the IAB’s Video Council. He speaks and writes regularly on the challenges and opportunities of digital advertising; at dmexco 2015 Steve led a distinguished panel on Viewability.
Commenting on his appointment to the IAA, Doyle said: “It is a great honour to be invited to serve the wider advertising community. The IAA plays an important role in educating and informing all the parties who are involved in, and affected by, advertising. In the complex, multi-device, consumer-driven world in which we operate, advertising has a key commercial and social purpose. I look forward to contributing to the excellent programme of the IAA.”
Angus Grieve, the Executive Director of the IAA’s UK Chapter, welcomed Doyle to the organisation: “For the IAA to continue its important work, we need to attract new talent, with proven skills and experience in digital advertising: Steve has a stellar track record in his experience at InSkin Media, Virgin Media, and others. We are delighted to welcome Steve to the IAA and look forward to working with him on our varied programme.”
