Meet the team
Chief Executive Officer
Hugo joined InSkin Media as CEO early in 2009. He worked for the previous two years as CEO of digital behavioural targeting company Phorm, following his role as European MD at Advertising.com (AOL). Hugo spent 10 years at The Telegraph Group, as Group Managing Director, and also served as Group Marketing Director and Digital Director. He is chairman of the British Internet Publishers Alliance (BIPA), and a regular contributor to industry publications and conferences.
Tom joined InSkin Media in May 2009 to plan and support business expansion. A founding employee of Advertising.com International, Tom oversaw its European expansion as Head of Technical Operations. As Platform-A's Head of Emerging Technology he launched a premium off-portal mobile ad-network and revived the video product.
John joined Inskin Media in May 2010 from Wall to Wall Television, where he was Financial Controller, overseeing double digit growth in profit and turnover. He was involved in the successful sale of Wall to Wall to the Shed Media Group in 2009. His previous roles include Finance Manager at Liberata, a prominent BPO provider, and FC and Company Secretary at IPF, the commercial arm of CIPFA, one of the 6 main CCAB bodies. John qualified with Fraser Russell, a top 20 audit practice which was later acquired by Baker Tilly.
Steve joined InSkin Media in June 2009. He is responsible for all Ad Sales Revenue and wider Agency/Advertiser adoption of InSkin's innovative ad formats. Previously he spent four years as Sales Controller at IDS/Virgin Media, running the digital sales team for sites such as Virginmedia.com, UKTV, and Virgin Media Television.
Publisher Services Director
Mark joined InSkin Media in 2008 after 10 years experience in the digital media industry. He spent 5 years at Yahoo! UK in sales & business development roles before moving to the Telegraph Media Group where he was Head of Online Partnerships. Prior to joining InSkin Media Mark was Business Development Director for the online video technology company KIT digital.
Director of Products & Technology
Reda joined InSkin Media in June 2009, after a decade of experience in the pan-European Asset Management industry, where he held senior positions in Luxembourg, Paris and London. Reda served as Associate Director for Fidelity International; he brings a unique blend of project and process management skills, coupled with in-depth RIA and transactional systems knowledge. He previously worked at Invesco, Nordea and the Robert Fleming Asset Management group.
Inventor of the InSkin Ad Platform (ISAP) and its proprietary ad formats, Patrick founded InSkin Media in 2007 and now supports the business's product development and R&D.His previous technology start-ups include the Tone Group and Funnyfones.com
