We’re Hiring – Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

Inskin Media is hiring. We are looking for an Account Assistant to join us on a 6 month fixed term basis. Reporting to the CFO, your primary responsibilities will be:

  1. Raise month end (and mid-month sales invoices)
  2. Global debt collection (inc non-UK subsidiaries)
  3. Deal with sales invoice queries
  4. Allocate cash receipts to sales ledger
  5. Input purchase invoices
  6. Reconcile to supplier statements
  7. Prepare payment schedule for aged creditors
  8. Update supplier payment terms in SAGE
  9. Update supplier bank account details in SAGE
  10. Review possibility of electronic batch import into Barclays internet

 

Requirements

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to deal effectively with colleagues and customers face-to-face, by email and on the telephone
  • Friendly and professional manner, and confidence in working with people at all levels in a company
  • Excellent English, both written and oral

Desirable:

  • Minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role at a Media Agency, Ad Network or Publisher
  • Degree (BA/BSc Hons)

Person Specification:

You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, be comfortable at making decisions and working on your own initiative, whilst respecting the need for overall confidentiality.
