HugoHugo Drayton, Chief Executive Officer

Hugo has led Inskin Media from start-up to a profitable, international business. Under his leadership, the company’s expansion across Europe, APAC and MENA has been recognised by multiple high-growth awards, including Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Media Momentum Awards, and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. Previously, Hugo held leadership roles at Phorm, and, following 10 years at The Telegraph Group, where he launched the UK’s first national newspaper website. Hugo is a non-executive Director of Future plc, a Trustee of the British Skin Foundation, and a regular contributor to trade press and media conferences.



Steve Doyle, Chief Commercial Officer

Steve is responsible for Inskin Media’s global revenue, and agency / advertiser adoption of the company’s ad formats. He is on the board of the IAA UK Chapter, has chaired the IAB Video Council since 2012, and was named Commercial Director of the Year at the IPA Media Owner awards 2013. Steve joined Inskin Media in 2009 from Virgin Media/IDS where he spent 4 years as Sales Controller.



EvanEvan Russell, Sales Director, UK

Evan runs the UK Commercial Team and is responsible for agency relations and Inskin Media’s UK ad revenue.  He joined Inskin Media in 2009, and led his team to victory as Commercial Team of the Year in the 2012 British Media Awards, as well as securing the company’s position as a top 10 Media Owner in the IPA Media Owner Survey since it first featured in 2013.  Prior to Inskin Media, Evan held sales roles at Channel 4 and



Julia Burton-Brown, Sales Director, International

Julia is responsible for delivering Inskin Media’s international sales strategy and the commercial success of the company’s international sales team, driving agency sales across its global network of premium publisher partners. Julia joined Inskin Media in May 2016 from Aufeminin, where she held senior sales roles for 6 years. Julia’s previous experience includes senior roles at Swapit and Realbuzz.



Fran Cowan, Marketing Director

Fran is responsible for driving Inskin Media’s brand development, product marketing, internal and external communications, and events programme across its global operations.  Fran joined the company in 2012 as Marketing and Communications Manager. She was previously Marketing Manager at Specific Media, and a founding marketer at MySpace International.
