Led by Dominic Finney, Founder and Director of FaR Partners, there will be a short presentation on ISM’s recent viewability project – Viewability- Transparency, Trust, and Meaningful Measurement – followed by a lively discussion covering all sides of this topical debate.

Dominic Finney
Founder and Director, FaR Partners
Dominic Finney has over 18 years’ digital experience, gained from a range of technology and agency roles. Before founding FaR, Dominic spent five years at Quantum Media. He has also held management roles at Starcom MediaVest and Aegis. His passion for digital market place led him to create FaR, (now part of Theorem, a digital marketing company) a consultancy dedicated to helping media owners identify and maximise digital revenue opportunities.


Charlie Lockett
Associate Director, MediaCom
Charlie is a digital brand media specialist with over 9 years experience at the UK’s no.1 ranked media agency MediaCom. Since 2010 he has worked on the Sky account, the UK’s leading entertainment company. His team is responsible for all Sky’s brand digital investment across display, mobile, VOD, paid social and native.


Gerson Barnett
Commercial Director – EMEA, CBS Interactive
Gerson has over 16 years experience in commercial digital advertising. He has recently joined CBS Interactive as Commercial Director, EMEA. Previously he was Director of Programmatic and Partnerships at Future Publishing. He joined Future in 2012 and held various positions in the company, including Advertising Director and Digital Sales Director. Before that, he was Head of Digital Sales at Telegraph Media Group. 

Chris Morgan,
VP Sales & Head of Business Development, Moat 
Chris Morgan is the VP of Sales of Moat, a New York based Analytics company focused on driving success for marketers and publishers. Moat is at the forefront of helping shift digital advertising away from impressions and clicks and toward new models of attention. Prior to Moat, Chris held various leadership positions at Hitwise (acquired by Experian), a data and analytics business focused on providing marketing intelligence to brand advertisers. 



Steve Doyle
Chief Commercial Officer, Inskin Media
Steve has over 10 years’ experience in the digital advertising industry, and is responsible for Inskin Media’s global commercial strategy. In the UK, he is Chairman of the IAB Video Council, and represents the video sector on the IAB Viewability Committee.
