Chief Executive Officer
Hugo has led Inskin from start-up to a profitable, international business. Under his leadership, the company’s expansion across Europe, APAC and MENA has been recognised by multiple high-growth awards, including the European Business Awards, Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Media Momentum Awards, and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500.
Chief Operating Officer
Matthew leads the delivery of our innovative ad-formats across all devices and in all territories. Matt joined Inskin in 2015, and led Inskin's entrance into the Australian market before transferring to Inskin’s head office in London in Q4 2017. Matt has a wealth of experience, previously leading sales at Adshel, and holding senior commercial roles at both Fairfax and News Corp Australia.
Chief Technology Officer
Reda joined Inskin in June 2009, and leads the development of Inskin’s tech innovation and programmatic offering. He has a decade of experience in the pan-European Asset Management industry, where he held senior positions in Luxembourg, Paris and London. Reda served as Associate Director for Fidelity International and worked at Invesco, Nordea and the Robert Fleming Asset Management group.
Chief Marketing Officer
Fran is responsible for brand strategy, global marketing, brand management and marketing technology, and sits on the International Advertising Association’s Professional Development Committee. She has nurtured the Inskin brand from start-up to today’s market-leading reputation for brand advertising. Fran joined Inskin from Specific Media in 2012. She was previously a founding marketer at MySpace International.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark joined Inskin from Fortius Group Limited where, as CFO, he supported the business through two rounds of fundraising and significant growth. At Inskin, he is responsible for strategic and operational financial decisions. His previous experience includes Financial Controller at BSkyB supporting the Broadband & Talk business, and in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Mark is a fellow of the ICAEW.
Group Technology Director
Richard leads the technology teams at Inskin Media, and oversees all aspects of campaign delivery and support. He is responsible for shaping Inskin’s technical strategy and development, globally. He joined Inskin Media in 2009 and has 18 years of experience in the online advertising and retail sector.
Evan is responsible for coordinating all revenue activity across the globe, including new markets, new agency relationships, and direct brand client activity, following 9 years of leading Inskin’s UK sales team. He led his team to victory as Commercial Team of the Year in the 2012 British Media Awards, as well as securing Inskin’s position as a top 10 Media Owner in the IPA Media Owner Survey since it first featured in 2013.

Inskin launched its commercial activities in the UK in 2009. Inskin was originally backed by investment from Caravel Capital (formerly Sloane Robinson Private Equity) and Justin Byam Shaw, the media and telecoms entrepreneur.
In October 2012, Beringea, the transatlantic private equity firm, invested in Inskin, to help fund the next stage of international and product growth. Trevor Hope, Beringea's Chief Investment Officer, served as Chairman from 2012 - 2015.
The company continues to be privately held.
